- Interference with the operation of the Service
Chromacrypt is a privacy tool. It is designed to protect legitimate communications. We do not condone or support illegal activity.
6. No Data Retention
The Service does not store messages, metadata, communication patterns, or personal data. The relay operates in ephemeral memory. We cannot retrieve, reconstruct, or produce any communication content, even under legal compulsion. This is an architectural property, not a policy choice.
7. Intellectual Property
All technology, algorithms, architecture, and design underlying the Service are the exclusive property of Chromacrypt and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including pending patent applications. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or algorithms of the Service.
8. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license is revoked and your seat may be made available to others. You may terminate your use at any time by ceasing to use the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chromacrypt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
